
We recognize there are many situations in which committing to a full MMFT course is simply unfeasible. MMFT two- or three-day workshops provide an introduction to MMFT skills and information. Mind fitness requires a sustained commitment and repeated practice to build skills. While sustaining that commitment is easiest within the supportive context of a full MMFT course, workshop participants do receive materials to establish and maintain their own mind fitness regime after the workshop.
